šŸ Fall is here, and it’s the perfect time to warm up your kitchen with some fresh, easy-to-make dishes. We're celebrating the season by sharing some of our favorite no bakeĀ simple fall recipes.Ā 

Five-minute pumpkin pudding
This incredibly easy, no-bake dessert tastes like a deconstructed pumpkin pie filling and takes only a few minutes to prepare. It's a lifesaver when you need a quick fall fix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin purĆ©e (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk
  • 1 large box (5.1 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Add the pumpkin purƩe, evaporated milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is fully incorporated and thick. Alternatively, you can use a wire whisk and a large bowl.
  3. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes or cups.
  4. Store in the fridge until you are ready to eat. For a lovely presentation, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice before serving.
No-Bake Caramel Apple Nachos
Looking for a fun, shareable snack for your next get-together? These apple "nachos" are a crowd-pleaser and require absolutely no baking! It’s the perfect treat to bring to a bonfire or a fall picnic.
What you'll need:
  • 2 crisp apples (like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
  1. Core and thinly slice the apples, then arrange them on a platter.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple slices.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or chocolate chips and a dash of cinnamon sugar.
  4. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
