Returns & Replacements: 

• If you are not happy with your O Loves M product you have 10 days to return it to get your money back.

Cleaning & Care for your O Loves M Bag:

• Most of the time, you can wash your bag in a front loader machine, the fabrics are mostly either 100% cotton, but we do some with Upholstery and tapestry which should be washed on delicate. Line Dry all bags, due to the yoga mat can melt in heat.  
• We do not guarantee that your bag will be 100% clean after the wash.
• We recommend you spray with Scotch Guard or a similar product.It will help keep the bag cleaner.The Jute Tote, MJ and any bag that has the Jute yoga mat it is recommended to spray with Scotch Guard since the natural fibers can pick up dirt and color from your clothing.
